To preserve the regulatory standing, personal privacy, and benefit eligibility of our unhoused administrators, this platform operates under a strict Asset Shield Protocol. We do NOT accept direct personal cash injections, personal e-transfers, or personal bank deposits for corporate sponsorships.

All institutional contributions must be executed through one of two pathways:

THE DIRECT-TO-VENDOR RULE: Sponsors purchase the required hardware, software licenses, or operational services directly from the supplier on behalf of the project.
TRANSITIONAL FISCAL SPONSORSHIP: We are actively seeking a registered Calgary Charity Partner to establish a Transitional Fiscal Sponsorship agreement in compliance with CRA Guidance CG-032 (Qualifying Disbursements). Once a partnership is finalized, the host charity will hold the capital and issue corporate tax-deductible receipts.
